1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WinningSquares.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website immediately.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to participate.

• Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws regarding participation.

3. Game Rules

• All sales are final.

• Prizes are awarded based on Winning Squares as determined by contest outcomes.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if all four Winning Squares are "Ghost Squares" (unclaimed squares). In such cases, all squares can be replayed on a board of similar value.

• If quarters 1-3 result in a Ghost Square, the payout rolls over to the next Winning Square, potentially making the Final Payout equal to the entire pot. If the Final Square is a Ghost Square, the cash portion of that prize is split among Winning Squares.

4. Board Rules

• If a board is not filled at the time of contest initiation, the prize pool will be pro-rated based on filled squares. Ghost Square rules will still apply.

• Numbers are randomly assigned via a third-party Random Number Generator when the board is filled or the contest begi

• Participation is at the user's own risk.

• We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from participation in our contests.

• WinningSquares.com makes no guarantees regarding winnings, and results are based solely on chance.

6. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

7. *WHAT HAPPENS IF A BOARD IS INCOMPLETE WHEN CONTEST STARTS:

• IF A BLANK "GHOST SQUARE" IS 1 OF THE 3,4, OR 5 WINNING SQUARES, FREE PLAY SQUARES FOR GOOD ANY GOOD NEIGHBORS ARE STILL REWARDED. THAT CASH PRIZE IS ROLLED OVER TO NEXT PAYOUT FOR THAT CONTEST.

• EX: IF SQUARE 23 IS THE WINNER OF THE 1ST QUARTER, BUT IS A GHOST SQUARES, ONLY FREE PLAY SQUARES ARE REWARDED, BUT THAT PAYOUT IS ROLLED OVER TO THE FOLLOWING CASH PRIZE PAYOUT IN THAT CONTEST.

• IF FINAL SQUARE IS A GHOST SQUARE, PAYOUT IS SPLIT BETWEEN CONTEST'S OTHER WINNING SQUARES *THIS COULD BE 1,2 OR 3 WAYS. FREE PLAY SQUARES ARE STILL REWARDED.

• IF ALL WINNING SQUARES IN CONTEST ARE GHOST SQUARES, NO CASH AND NO FREE PLAY SQUARES ARE PROVIDED. BOARD IS WIPED AND ALL PLAYERS WITH SQUARES RECEIVE A FREE SQUARE TRANSFER TO NEXT GAME BOARD OF EQUAL SIZE.
