  • How do I claim a square? Create Account to Browse the Game Boards located in the Players Club, find an available square, and upload your Square Token receipt. Your square is then marked as claimed.

  • What if I don’t create an account? Winning Squares is a members only website. Currently it is FREE to join!

  • Can I track my orders and game progress? Yes! Creating an account allows you to track orders, game boards, and winnings all in one place.

  • Are Square refundable? All sales are final. Refunds are only available in cases where all 4 Winning Squares are "Ghost Squares" (unclaimed). In such cases, all Squares are given a FREE Square transfer to another Board of similar value.

  • What happens if my board isn’t full when the contest begins? Prize pools are pro-rated based on filled squares. Ghost Square rules apply, and payouts adjust accordingly.

  • Are my payments secure? Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure methods, and your information is stored safely.

  • What happens if multiple quarters result in Ghost Squares? If Quarters 1–3 are Ghost Squares, their prize payouts roll over to the next Winning Square. This could make the Final Payout worth the entire pot if no earlier payouts occur. *ALL FREE PLAY SQUARES STILL PAYOUT TO GOOD NEIGHBORS

  • How is the Final Payout handled if it’s a Ghost Square? If the Final Square is a Ghost Square, its Cash payout is split among all Winning Squares in that contest. (This could be 1, 2, or 3 ways) *FREE PLAY SQUARES STILL PAYOUT FOR FINAL SQUARE GOOD NEIGHBORS

  • How do I know which squares are still available? Red-marked squares are already claimed, so you can easily spot available ones.

  • Can I edit or cancel my order after purchase? All sales are final, so please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

  • What happens if my payment doesn’t go through? If your payment fails, double-check your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact support for help.

  • What if I forget my account password? Simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.

  • How will I know if I won? Winners are notified and highlighted on the board once results are posted.

  • How are numbers assigned to the boards? Numbers are randomly chosen by a third-party Random Number Generator and posted after boards are filled or contests begin.

  • Are there any fees to create an account? No, creating an account is completely FREE.

  • Can I transfer my winnings to someone else? No, winnings are non-transferable and tied to the account that claimed the square.

  • How long does it take to receive my payout? Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after contest results are finalized. *PAYOUTS ARE PAID TO PLAYERS VIA P2P VENMO, CASHAPP, OR ZELLE.

  • What happens if there’s a technical issue during checkout? Contact support immediately, and we’ll assist with resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Are there limits on how many squares I can claim? No, you can claim as many squares as you want as long as they are available.
