1. What are Square Token Vouchers? Square Tokens Vouchers are digital credits used to purchase and claim squares on our game boards. Vouchers are equivalent to Square Prices: $10, $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, & $1,000
2. How do I buy Square Tokens? You can purchase tokens securely using Credit/Debit Cards or Bank Transfers. Simply add the desired amount to your cart, complete checkout, and receive a confirmation email with your Order Number.
3. Can I use Venmo or CashApp to buy tokens? No! BUT…P2P payments are supported for claiming Squares in addition to Square Tokens. These payment options are provided by clicking on available Squares and Submitting a Request Form. Use the Square Request links on the site, which are also linked to every square on the Game Boards.
4. How do I claim a square? Create Account to Browse the Game Boards located in the Players Club, find an available square, and upload your Square Token receipt. Your square is then marked as claimed.
5. What if I don’t create an account? Winning Squares is a members only website. Currently it is FREE to join!
6. Can I track my orders and game progress? Yes! Creating an account allows you to track orders, game boards, and winnings all in one place.
7. Are Square Tokens refundable? All sales are final. Refunds are only available in cases where all 4 Winning Squares are "Ghost Squares" (unclaimed). In such cases, all Squares are given a FREE Square transfer to another Board of similar value.
8. What happens if my board isn’t full when the contest begins? Prize pools are pro-rated based on filled squares. Ghost Square rules apply, and payouts adjust accordingly.
9. Are my payments secure? Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure methods, and your information is stored safely.
10. What if I need help? Our support team is always available. Contact us anytime for assistance and a teammate will assist as soon as possible!
11. What happens if multiple quarters result in Ghost Squares? If Quarters 1–3 are Ghost Squares, their prize payouts roll over to the next Winning Square. This could make the Final Payout worth the entire pot if no earlier payouts occur. *ALL FREE PLAY SQUARES STILL PAYOUT TO GOOD NEIGHBORS
12. How is the Final Payout handled if it’s a Ghost Square? If the Final Square is a Ghost Square, its Cash payout is split among all Winning Squares in that contest. (This could be 1, 2, or 3 ways) *FREE PLAY SQUARES STILL PAYOUT FOR FINAL SQUARE GOOD NEIGHBORS
13. How do I know which squares are still available? Red-marked squares are already claimed, so you can easily spot available ones.
14. Can I edit or cancel my order after purchase? All sales are final, so please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

15. Do I need to use all my Square Token Vouchers at once? No, players can purchase different quantities of different value Vouchers. These Vouchers can be used at anytime, but must be used for same value Squares.
16. What happens if my payment doesn’t go through? If your payment fails, double-check your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact support for help.
17. Can I buy tokens for someone else? Yes, but the recipient must have their own account to use the tokens.
18. What if I forget my account password? Simply click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset it.
19. How will I know if I won? Winners are notified and highlighted on the board once results are posted.
20. How are numbers assigned to the boards? Numbers are randomly chosen by a third-party Random Number Generator and posted after boards are filled or contests begin.
21. Are there any fees to create an account? No, creating an account is completely FREE.
22. Can I transfer my winnings to someone else? No, winnings are non-transferable and tied to the account that claimed the square.
23. How long does it take to receive my payout? Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days after contest results are finalized. *PAYOUTS ARE PAID TO PLAYERS VIA P2P VENMO, CASHAPP, OR ZELLE.
24. What happens if there’s a technical issue during checkout? Contact support immediately, and we’ll assist with resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
25. Are there limits on how many squares I can claim? No, you can claim as many squares as you want as long as they are available.
26. What is a BlackBook account, and do I need one? No Players no longer need BlackBook Account.
27. How do I set up a BlackBook account? Contact our support team, and we’ll quickly assist in setting up your BlackBook Account.
28. What Are FREE PLAY SQUARES? Free Play Squares are rewarded to ALL GOOD NEIGHBORS. *Even when Ghost Squares are in Play, due to incomplete Board.
29. What can I do with FREE PLAY SQUARES? One Free Play Square is paid out to EVERY GOOD NEIGHBOR. Each Free Play Square is Valid for ONE ENTRY into the Good Neighbor Giveaway Contests.
30. What is the GOOD NEIGHBORS GIVEAWAY CONTEST? These are Game Boards for select contests. Squares cannot be purchased, only claimed by Good Neighbors with Free Play Squares earned. Once enough Good Neighbors have claimed the ENTIRE Giveaway Game Board, The contest is selected, random numbers are drawn, and players are notified.
HOW FREE PLAY AND GOOD NEIGHBOR GIVEAWAY CONTESTS WORK:
Each Giveaway Contest is MULTIPLE PLAYOFF Rounds and ONE FINAL ROUND. These Boards are always filling up and played once completely filled.
Playoff Rounds of the Contest are full of Good Neighbors only. Once enough Good Neighbor Winners Claim their FREE PLAY ENTRY and Playoff Game Board is filled, the Contest is chosen, numbers are drawn, and game begins.
The Winnings Squares AND ALL Good Neighbors in Playoff Round Contests move on to the $5,000 Finals Round. Final Board Squares for Giveaway Contest can only be Claimed by the Winners and Good Neighbors of Playoff Rounds.
These Game Boards are located under the Promotional Section in the Players Club. The Squares on these Boards can only be Claimed by Good Neighbor Winners of past contests that we were rewarded FREE PLAY SQUARES.
Game Boards produce between 8-20 Good Neighbors and FREE PLAY GIVEAWAY PLAYOFF Game Boards produce between 12 and 25 Winning Squares+Good Neighbors that move on to the Finals.
This means it takes roughly 6-8 regular completed boards to fill a Playoff Board and 4-6 Playoff Contests to completely fill the Finals Board! Contests for these Boards are always set to start as soon as possible, once filled.
This means the more regular Squares and Game Boards that are played, the more we give away THOUSANDS in Good Neighbor Giveaways!
